Voice interview simulator

Give everyone real interview practice, as often as they need it.

namua.ai lets your candidates, employees or learners practise speaking with an AI that plays the recruiter. Every session is assessed, and progress can be followed over time.

The recruiter asks

Can you tell me about your academic background and your internships?

How would you explain this technical project to someone without your skills?

What makes you want to change fields today?

01 — Practise for real

A recruiter who listens, answers and follows up.

The person uploads their CV and the description of the target job. The AI uses them to lead the interview: it asks its questions out loud, listens to the answer and moves on.

  • You can interrupt it, as you would a real person.
  • You can ask it to repeat or to wait.
  • When an answer stays vague, it follows up.

02 — As often as you like

No slot to book, no trainer to bring in.

Each person practises when they need to: the day before an interview, after a first attempt, or to work on one specific point. They can repeat the same interview as many times as they wish.

History of the interviews taken by one person, with access to each report
One person's history: four sessions over five weeks, each with its report.

03 — See the progress

Every session is assessed, and sessions can be compared.

At the end of the interview, the person receives a score for each criterion, their strengths and the points to work on, backed by quotes of what they actually said. From one session to the next, each criterion becomes a curve.

Progress chart: four criteria scored across three sessions
One person's progress, criterion by criterion, across three sessions.
Assessment report for one session, with a score out of 10 per criterion
A session report: a score per criterion, what works, what still needs work.

The person practising and the people supporting them read the same report.

In practice

How it works

You want to train someone for their interviews: here is how it goes.

  1. 1

They upload their CV and the job description

Both documents are used to tailor the interview. They are kept for the following sessions.

  2. 2

They take the interview out loud

After a sound and microphone check, the conversation starts and runs like a real interview.

  3. 3

    You follow their progress

Each session produces a report, criterion by criterion. From one session to the next, you see what improves and what still needs work.
